A room scan is ten minutes, not a gym plan

Movement when you are not at a gym

The calorie tracker is the main job. A room scan is the extra for the ten minutes you actually have — a hotel room, a living room, an office with a clear patch of floor.

Point the camera at the space. OptaFit suggests a short circuit you can do there, at one of three efforts:

  1. Low — easy, when you are tired or short on time
  2. Medium — a normal session
  3. High — harder, if you have the energy

Same phone as the menu scan. History keeps room scans separate from meals, so a workout does not show up as food.

What to expect

You will not get a 12-week program from a photo of a sofa. For splits, days per week, and progression, use the workout guides. For a one-rep max or weekly upper/lower volume, the free tools stay in the browser and do not spend a scan.

Use a room scan when the question is “what can I do here, right now?”

Not medical or fitness advice. Stop if something hurts.
